Data: name, email address and message. Purpose: receive, manage and answer your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or pre-contractual steps when your request concerns a possible collaboration.
Technical operation and security
The hosting provider may process technical connection information such as IP address, browser information, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
Language preference
Your language choice is stored locally on your device. It is used only to remember the interface language and is not sent to MITSORA GAMES through the forms.
3. Mandatory or optional fields
Fields marked as required are necessary to submit the relevant form. You are free not to provide the information, but the newsletter subscription or contact request cannot then be processed.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only to authorised members of MITSORA GAMES and to providers strictly necessary for hosting, security and form processing. The current website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as a technical provider under its applicable contractual and data-protection terms. Personal data is not sold.
5. International transfers
Netlify is established in the United States. According to its published privacy information, cross-border transfers may rely on recognised safeguards including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
6. Retention periods
- Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn and no longer than three years from collection or the last active contact, unless consent is renewed.
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
- Technical data: for the limited period necessary for website delivery and security, according to the hosting service’s applicable settings and contractual retention periods.
7. Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests can be sent to contact@mitsoragames.com. Identity verification may be requested only when reasonably necessary.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
8. Discord and external services
The website provides a standard external link to the official Discord server. No Discord widget, script or tracker is loaded on this website. If you follow the link, you leave mitsoragames.com and Discord’s own terms and privacy rules apply.
9. Security and policy changes
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to limit unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. This policy will be updated when the website adds accounts, analytics, payments, a store or other material processing activities.
